Vendor Application
Season Dates and Hours
The West Allis Farmers Market runs every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from May 3, 2025 through Nov. 29, 2025. We are always closed on the Fourth of July and Thanksgiving Day.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from Noon – 5 p.m.
Saturdays from 1 – 5 p.m.
Application Process
The 2025 West Allis Farmers Market application is now available. Our Farmers Market aims to feature some of the best Wisconsin farmers and specialty vendors in the area. Qualifying vendors include:
Wisconsin based farmers offering fresh and local produce, herbs, flowers, plants, meat, eggs, honey, syrup, and other agriculture products. Farmers may only sell items that they have grown, raised or harvested. No out-of-state produce or reselling of produce is permitted.
Specialty vendors offering a variety of prepared foods such as bread, granola, pasta, sauces, marinades, jams, jellies, ready-to-eat products and food trucks.
We do not book merchandise vendors, makers or arts and crafts vendors.
Applicants are required to create an OpenGov (Viewpoint) account with a username and password and may be required to upload a W-9 and/or State of Wisconsin Sellers Permit with their application.
Applications are for vendor submission only and do not guarantee admission. Vendor selection is at the sole discretion of the City of West Allis and is based on a number of factors including product mix, quality, space availability, and appeal for customers.
Application reviews occur on an on-going basis. Thank you for your patience.
Sponsorship Opportunities
While our market stalls are only able to be booked by farm or specialty vendors during the season, we often end up with booked spaces that are available while waiting for produce to come into season. For these locations, we are able to offer space to non-agricultural vendors as day sponsor locations. These spaces are available to rent for $100 per day for Thursdays and Saturdays, and $75 for Tuesdays.
This is the perfect opportunity for those looking to share information or promote goods and services with the Farmers Market community. Apply to be a Farmers Market Day Sponsor day sponsor today.
More information on sponsoring the West Allis Farmers Market can be found on the sponsorship page.
There you'll find the full demographic at the market, all ages, income levels, and backgrounds – the West Allis Farmers Market serves everyone! As one of the largest Farmer’s Markets in Southeastern Wisconsin, we welcome visitors from over 50 different zip codes. While it’s not uncommon to spot a school group taking in an educational field trip, or a chef picking up fresh menu additions, many of our visitors come to do their regular or specialty shopping, enjoy a meal from one of our rotating food trucks, or take in some live music and socialize over a cold beer with friends. See you at the market!
